Challenge

Adaptive Recognition’s customers are mostly vehicle and speed recognition camera users. The company wanted to test whether state-of-the-art large language models could enable their customers to access information more easily, improving their user experience, and improving the support team’s work efficiency.

Solution

Hiflylabs created a Microsoft Azure pipeline that enables feeding corporate information (FAQs, software & hardware documentation) to OpenAI's model in real-time. It also answers user questions while complying with all corporate safety and privacy standards. Achieving a 90+% correct answer ratio, this proof-of-concept proved legitimate use cases for an internal LLM-powered chatbot with full access to company data and automated knowledge integration.
