The Client wished to refresh its online presence and provide a better delivery experience to maintain its leading position. Focusing on pharmacies and their user experience from the get-go, we created a brand new web portal, complemented by a data science-backed delivery prediction system.

We worked with the Client end-to-end to create a modern, fast, and easy-to-use customer portal. It allows pharmacies to handle purchasing tasks more easily, and our Client to boost its marketing efforts by integrating messages in its most commonly used platform. 

In addition, thanks to delivery tracking, pharmacies can now talk to patients about stock availability more effectively than before. Our solution uses proven data science to combine historical data and live GPS, traffic, and weather data for more accurate deliveries.
