RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead web development projects and teams (solutions based on using the newest technologies)
Implement new functionalities in frontend and backend
Introduce and enforce best practices and design patterns in complex, enterprise scale SPA frontend applications
Oversee the technical direction and architecture of projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards

Responsibilities:

Translate business and data governance strategies into technical requirements for implementation.
Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to align on data governance frameworks, roadmaps, and milestones.

At Hiflylabs we are looking to expand our Data Platform team. This team works with a wide range of clients, not only Hungarian clients, but also an increasing number of international clients.

We're currently looking for a new member to join our team as we continue to grow, working directly with one of our banking clients. Join our team and work on cutting-edge migration projects and build new cloud platforms. You will work with both technical and business-oriented colleagues, both at Hiflylabs and on the client side. About the Job/What will you do?

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of big data for top Fortune 500 companies. This senior customer-facing position requires extensive expertise in Apache Spark and a broad range of experience in big data solution architecture.

Each week, you will assist customers with architecture, design, and implementation, ensuring their technical roadmap aligns strategically with the expansion of the Databricks platform. Main Tasks

At Hiflylabs, we are looking to extend our Analytics Engineering team. This team typically works with international clients in small squads, almost exclusively in agile.

We expect you to be a Analytics Engineer at heart: a data-oriented person with data/software engineering chops.

You will be briefed on what the client wants on the business side (it’s in plain English and not overly complex).

You then pick the technical components needed to fulfill those needs, mostly out of cloud services we routinely work with. Some of these are standard AWS or GCP platform services, some are even more modern ones, like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or Looker. You help to scope the sprints as well.

Sprint-by-sprint you take part in delivering a reliable, working solution that pleases the client and meets the business constraints as well.

What will you do?

The Solutions Director will drive our U.S. expansion by identifying and thoroughly understanding client challenges in banking, private equity, and venture capital. What will you do?

We are looking for a PMO Manager to establish and oversee project governance, ensure smooth execution of data-driven projects, and drive operational efficiency. Requirements:

Proven experience in a PMO role within a consulting, data, or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Ability to standardize and optimize project workflows for scalability and efficiency.
Experience with project management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of data analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma) are preferred but not required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage assigned projects (both software/products and/or infrastructure projects) and the production of relevant project deliverables and artifacts
Identify project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate, in a timely manner

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE?

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the area of IT Advisory projects as subject matter expert and/or project manager,
Deep understanding of the business model of at least two industries: banking, telecommunication, energy, insurance, production, retail,
Deep understanding of current digital transformation, IT delivery, and complex project/program methodology trends,
Capability of intervening, if needed, in larger projects, even correcting the work of subject matter experts,
Strong people management skills with a proven track record as a leader,
Very good presentation skills,
Strong English skills (both written and verbal) and Hungarian native language knowledge is a must,
Capability of creating concepts, methods for non-predictable situations and engagements is an advantage, however not required.

Tasks to support the internal team:

Ensure that the database environments required for development are available on time and meet quality standards, whether on-prem or in the cloud (Azure)
Keep applications and their environments up to date and install critical patches when needed
